Time Tracker for Jira Cloud & DC

I've been using it for almost eight months, but it has been giving intermittent issues. The logging time widget won't load up under the issues, and the time tracking report does not load up. For the last two days, it's not just intermittent. It's dead, and nothing is being loaded at all.

Quick in responding and the service provided excellent. Has been using tempo timesheet from on-prem to jira cloud for many years. This feature smoother the process by us helping to track the worklog. Greatly appreciated.

We used Time Tracker Lite for several years before switching to this version. We needed a way to efficiently present worklogs on dashboards for our clients. With Time Tracker we are able to compose reports and widgets that show time spent in different ways: per person, per epic, per issue. It also allows looking at different time windows, which is great. This app is indispensable to our organization. The things we are missing are more formatting options (especially colors), conditional formatting, and an export option.
