Hi Naveen,
Thanks for this note. I'll make sure Suprija sees it, praise like yours makes a support engineer's day.
And JMWE does go deep, there are workflow options in there you'll still be discovering long after the first fix. If the next one calls for a hand, our support team is a short message away.
Cheers,

Excellent app—it makes using Jira much easier, with powerful automations that are still easy to set up

Hi Manuel,
Thanks for this note. Easy setup on top of powerful automation is the balance JMWE tries hardest to hold, and it sounds like it holds for you.
If a workflow idea ever wants a second opinion, our support portal doubles as a sounding board.
Cheers,

JMWE is an incredibly useful app that goes far beyond extending Jira workflow capabilities. With features like **Event-Based Actions** and **Scheduled Actions**, it enables me to implement automations that simply aren't possible with native Jira functionality. What truly stands out, however, is the outstanding support team. They are always responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to guide me through complex implementations, helping me find the best solution for each use case. I highly recommend JMWE to anyone looking to enhance Jira's automation and workflow capabilities.

Hi Sofia,
Thank you for laying out how you use JMWE. Event-based and scheduled actions are exactly the corners where native Jira runs out of road, so hearing that your automations live there is good news.
When you're ready to take the scheduled side further, the Scheduled actions guide covers the JQL-driven patterns that are easy to miss.
I'll share your words with the support folks who walk those implementations with you; when the next complex use case shows up, we'd be glad to think it through together. The door for that is our support portal, same as always.
Cheers,

The app doesn’t send out notifications when tasks are assigned and the assignee isn’t aware they're assigned a task until they are tagged in a comment.

Hi Anette,
When a task lands on someone, they should hear about it right away, and we'd like to help you get there.
JMWE can send that notification itself: an event-based action can watch the assignee field and email the new assignee as soon as the change happens, and the same is available as a post-function on the transition that does the assigning.
Jira's own notification scheme also plays a part here, so the right fix depends on your setup. If you open a ticket at our support portal, we'll go through it with you and stay on it until those notifications arrive.
Best regards,
