Runs on Atlassian: this app is built on Atlassian Forge and runs entirely inside Atlassian's cloud. There are no external servers, no data egress, and nothing for your team to host, patch or secure — which makes it straightforward for organisations with EU or data-residency requirements.
Cost figures are restricted to Jira administrators and enforced server-side, so hourly rates are never exposed to the wider team. Non-administrators see logged hours only, never money.
The AI budget summary runs on Atlassian's hosted AI service, so your project figures never leave Atlassian's cloud and are not sent to any third party.

- Per-issue cost: every worklog is costed as hours x the hourly rate in effect on the day the work was logged.
- Project budget dashboard: budget vs actual, remaining, % spent, planned cost from estimates, burn-rate forecast at completion, and on-budget / trending-over / over-budget flags.
- Hourly rates with effective-from dates, per person or as a default, so historical work stays costed at the rate that applied then.
- Recurring expenses: fixed monthly costs such as tool licences and retainers accrue monthly and fold into actual cost.
