Pulse Teams is the manager layer on top of Pulse. Everything in the free Pulse app, plus the oversight a team needs.
For managers & admins: • Timesheet approvals — a review queue of the team's submitted weeks; approve, or send one back with a note (which reopens it for the member to fix and resubmit) • Approver roles & admin policies — designate who can approve, set required weekly hours, and lock approved weeks so they can't be quietly changed • Team overview — one week at a glance: hours logged, utilisation vs target, and approval status for every member • Org defaults — seed working days & week start for the whole team
Everyone still gets the full free Pulse: one-key logging, a timer, timesheets, reports, sprint Say/Do, calendar, and CSV/Excel export.
Private by design: runs entirely on Atlassian (Forge) — no external servers, no analytics, no data egress. Worklogs are native Jira data, yours to keep.
