Agents/ Jira users can open a dedicated page to see work items waiting for their approval and assign a delegate to several of them at once. This works for both company-managed and team-managed projects. - Customer portal, by organization [Advanced Edition]
You can choose which Jira Service Management organisations may use self-service delegations. Portal customers only see My delegations if they belong to an organization you have enabled. Your Jira agents are not limited by this. Customers who are not in an enabled organisation will not see the feature. - Audit trail [Advanced Edition]
Admins on the Advanced edition can review a 1-year history of delegation activity from Settings, filter it, inspect details, and export it to CSV. - Faster setup
