The WorkLoad Pie gadget doesn't work version 7.6.0
Dosn't work in v7.3.8
The WorkLoad Pie gadget doesn't display title properly, it displays some sort of id. Would be very grateful if someone could help me resolve this issue.
This doesn't seem to work at all with the latest version of Jira Server Version 6.4.3 - Build Number 64018
Installed on JIRA v6.4.1#64016-sha1:5d75814 and it doesn't appear under gadgets when trying to add charts to the dashboard.
Either the app is unsupported and should be removed for this version, or there is a major flaw in this product.
I do appreciate the work though, and would love to use this gadget which is badly needed in JIRA for charting and BI reporting.

An experienced JIRA Admin. I didn't want to have to set this metric up in each project with scripted fields or deal with building a complex query / report. I know there are other products, but in the end this worked perfect. Took ~5 minutes and gave me a good graph of my time in status for a specific project.
The plugin caused issues with loading dashboards for all users
When disabling the plugin, our issues with the dashboards where fixed.
Jira Software: 7.13.11
We first started using this app in a single server instance of v7.9.2. But we’ve since upgraded to a data center. Unfortunately we had to remove this app because it broke index syncing within our data center in 7.13.4. Atlassian stated they have no plans to update this app for compatibility which means we’ve had to pull the rug out from under our users who have relied on this feature.
Compatibility with the newest Jira-Version would be nice...
good app, very helpfull for us. But not compatible with newest JIRA 8.2.1. Update requested

The issue tracker for JCHART is read-only, we cannot raise bugs. For example it does not allow you to create pie char by Resolution, which is an really old core field, and obviously it doesn't allow you to do the same for either custom field that you may have.

This plugin is for Jira 8. Its compatibility version should be set accordingly once the Jira 8.0 is released and the plugin should be made public.
Installation
- Log into your Jira instance as an admin.
- Click the admin dropdown and choose Add-ons. The Manage add-ons screen loads.
- Click Find new apps or Find new add-ons from the left-hand side of the page.
- Locate Jira Charting Plugin via search. Results include app versions compatible with your Jira instance.
- Click Install to download and install your app.
- You're all set! Click Close in the Installed and ready to go dialog.
