Key highlights of the appA service request catalog with named approvals, built for Jira Service Management
A working catalog before your coffee goes cold
Twenty request types come written, in IT and HR starter packs. Publish one, edit its fields and every licensed user can raise it. Eight field types, per-field rules, and validation that names the field it refuses.
A named person, or it does not count
Up to three approval steps, decided in order, each naming one person rather than a group. Only the active step can be decided, and no route past a pending approval exists. Rejecting requires a reason the requester reads.
Your board moves it. The requester sees it
Types set to create one file a Jira issue the moment a request is raised, answers in the description. Move it on the board and the request follows; public comments mirror both ways. Internal notes never do.

More details
Built by ITSM Ltd, registered in England and Wales (17339600). New to the Marketplace, so this space carries facts rather than testimonials.
The app runs entirely on Atlassian Forge: no external server, no egress, no AI. Three Jira scopes plus Forge storage, each mapped to a visible feature. Sub-processors handle support email only and are listed in our Cloud Security Statement. Requests, forms, approvals and comments live in a Forge SQL database Atlassian provisions per installation, with your Jira site's data residency. ITSM Ltd holds no security certification of its own; the infrastructure is Atlassian's.
No editions and nothing to unlock: every installation has every feature, including the portal band for people with no Jira licence.
Interface, documentation and support are English only.
Support: support@itsm-ltd.com, 09:00-17:00 UK time, Monday to Friday. First-response targets: 4 support hours for critical, then 1, 3 and 5 business days. Targets, not resolution times.

New Features
- Every request now has a priority (Urgent, High, Normal or Low), set by request type and changeable by agents with a reason. Requesters never see it.
- Request types can carry a target in working days. Agents can move a target with a reason the requester is told about, and the linked Jira issue's Due date follows it.
- The queue is ordered by priority and due date, and Reporting gains an Overdue now tile.
- Optional daily reminders go to the approver whose step has waited too long. Off until you enable them on the Team tab.
- Request types with no Jira issue can email approvers and requesters through one notices issue that holds no request content.
Defect Fixes
- Notification emails now escape request text and show the actual message.
- Mirrored Jira comments show the commenter's name.
- Reopening a request now takes its Jira issue out of Done.
