One of the better tab plugins for Cloud to aggregate child pages into a parent. Not recommended if the tabs and tab content are on the same page. Good: * Reliable, no errors or delayed loading (unlike Appfire and Vectors) * Supports child tabs (unlike Adaptivist, Caelor, and Vectors) * Supports nested tabs (unlike Adaptivist, Appfire, Caelor, and Vectors) Average: * Load times (better than Appfire and Vectors) Bad: * Content editor is embedded in the macro and very limited relative to the Confluence content editor (Appfire and Caelor do the same) * Confluence editor shows a long string of impenetrable JSON that provides no context for other page edits and effectively binds your content to this plugin because it would be awful to migrate Having just migrated from Server to Cloud, none of the Cloud tab plugins is comparable to even the free AUI plugin we had. The load times are slower, the editors are all more limited (some don't support pasting or aligning images), and you're very restricted in what Confluence macros you can include in a tab section on a page (e.g., expanding sections generally aren't possible). On balance, the best and most flexible tab plugin is Siebert. If you're only interested in defining tabs on the same page with the tab content and like Confluence's default formatting, Adaptivist is a cheaper, reliable alternative. This Navitabs plugin, I'd only use for aggregating child pages into a parent.

Hello David,
Thank you very much for your feedback. We appreciate any criticism that helps us improve our apps. Maybe you like to create a ticket in our helpdesk with more details about which hosting you are using and which macros you have used?
On both Data Center and Cloud you can use the Tab Group and Tab macros (Localtab Group and Localtab on DC), using the Confluence native editor, and the content will be stored in a structured format as commonly used for macros. The migration from Server/DC to Cloud is ensured via the Migrations Assistant.
If you used the new Tab Wizard in the cloud to create your own content, you will find a fullscreen button in the upper right corner to enlarge the editing window accordingly. The editor is still missing some functions that have to do with the limitations for nesting content/macros in Confluence cloud. This macro, as correctly noted, is stored in a JSON format because of the amount of information and data it contains, which unfortunately can be stored in the previous form.
Yes, the loading time can be affected, depending on what and how many content is nested to be made accessible via the tabs. Please provide our apps support ZIP in the ticket, so we can analyse which content entered in the tabs is causing long loading times.
Edit: In response to your edited review: If you found aggregating child pages into parent pages as the only advantage of our app, then maybe you haven't currently found all the other possibilities. :)
In this case, I recommend you have a look at the documentation as well or go through our helpdesk for a demo appointment.
