Bug fixes:
- Long workflow names no longer overlap the "Workflow type" column
- "View in workflow editor" now always appears, even on transitions with no rules
Improvements:
- Select all / Deselect all now also covers a transition's screen when it has one
- Review & Execute summaries and the Audit Log show screen counts separately
- Copying to the Create (initial) transition no longer fails - unsupported conditions are skipped with a warning instead
