Hackrate for Jira connects security teams’ vulnerability management workflow with Jira Cloud using OAuth 2.0.

Create a Jira issue from a Hackrate report or link an existing issue. Synchronize selected workflow status and priority mappings, assignees, comments—including internal Hackrate comments—and attachments. Jira-originated comments and attachment activity are recorded as internal integration events in the Hackrate timeline.

Organization Super Admins and Standard Admins control Jira account connections. Administrators configure the Jira site, project, issue type, priority, and synchronization mappings for each program. Background processing provides retries, duplicate protection, loop prevention, and visible synchronization errors.

Jira Cloud only. English interface. The Marketplace integration has no separate charge. An active Hackrate account is required, and availability may depend on the customer’s Hackrate subscription.
