Review dates without a Premium plan
Confluence's own review dates live in Premium's Content Manager. This app stores the policy as a content property on the page, so any plan can use it, the body and version are never touched, and it follows a moved page.
Reminders that reach the inbox
No mail server, webhook or external service: the reminder is a normal Confluence comment, so it shows in the bell icon and in the mention email Confluence already sends. No reviewer? The page owner is notified. Optional.
One dashboard for site admins
Site admins only, re-checked on the server. Bulk jobs run with the permissions of the admin who starts them, so restricted pages are skipped and reported. Settings: due-soon window, stale threshold, daily API budget.

Confluence Cloud offers review dates only in Premium's Content Manager. Page Review Reminders brings a lighter version to every plan. Forge app, Runs on Atlassian.
What it does: "Set review policy" on any page (reviewer, due date or repeat interval, stored as a content property, page body and version untouched); byline shows "Review: due ..." and a banner appears when the page is due soon or overdue; "Mark as reviewed" moves the date forward; a daily scan flags overdue, due-soon and long-untouched pages; the reminder is a footer comment that @mentions the reviewer, so Confluence's own mention email reaches their inbox, one per page per cycle; site-admin dashboard with three tables, filters, bulk assign / reviewed / clear with dry run, and a job log.
How it is built: zero external egress, all data stays in Forge storage on your site; unlicensed or after trial the dashboard, banner and byline keep working while writes and reminders pause.
