How it works
- A scheduled poller reads new alarms every 5 minutes through the SOCRadar Incident API v4, 100 alarms per page, oldest page first, so busy windows are never truncated.
- Each alarm is created once. The alarm ID is mapped to the Jira issue key, so re-polling updates the existing issue instead of creating a duplicate.
- Assignment is resolved by content rule first, then alarm sub type, then main type.
- Status travels both ways: SOCRadar to Jira on each poll, and Jira to SOCRadar as soon as an issue is updated.
- Full alarm detail stays on a panel inside the issue.
Setup Enter your company ID, API key and user e-mail, pick a project and issue type, then save. Filters limit the sync by status, severity, 13 main types, 19 sub types, tags and assignees.
Requires an active SOCRadar subscription with Incident API access.
