TRUST SIGNALS
Key highlights of the appFind Jira filters and dashboards that are shared too widely, owned by deactivated users, or broken
Find exposed filters in one scan
A single read-only scan flags every public and org-wide filter and dashboard, so you can see what's over-shared before it becomes a security problem.
See who can access every filter
A full inventory lists each filter and dashboard with its exposure level, owner, and risk signals, so you know exactly who can see what.
Export an exposure report
Copy a ready-to-share CSV or Markdown audit report to review sharing with your team before you change or remove anything.
More details
Jira filters and dashboards quietly accumulate over-broad sharing: ones shared with "all logged-in users" or openly, owned by people who have left, or with JQL that has silently broken. There is no easy way for an admin or security owner to see which ones are exposed.
Filter Exposure Guard is a read-only audit that scans your filters and dashboards and classifies each by exposure (public, org-wide, scoped, private), flags owners whose accounts are deactivated, and detects invalid JQL and duplicates. Export the findings as CSV or Markdown for review and sign-off.
Scope (by design): the app audits all shared and public filters and dashboards. Items kept private by other users are not visible to Forge apps, and are not an exposure. The app never modifies your Jira.
