No database, no caching of your content, no analytics, no tracking, no third-party calls. Two read-only Atlassian scopes, both pinned in the manifest. Everything is computed on Atlassian's Forge platform

Language support: Word counting is optimised for space-delimited languages (English, French, German, Spanish, Indonesian, Vietnamese, and similar). Whitespace-based counting undercounts Chinese, Japanese, and Korean text in v1.0 — a per-character mode for CJK pages is the most likely v1.1 enhancement.
