Key highlights of the appSee complete issue hierarchies in Jira with interactive tree views

Interactive Hierarchy View

Navigate your complete project structure with an interactive tree showing ancestors, the current item, and all descendants. Click any work item to open it in a new tab.

Three Layout Options

Switch between Chart/Horizontal view with org-style branch lines and List view with compact indentation. Hide summaries to focus on structure when working with large trees.

Export in Multiple Formats

Save hierarchies as JSON, CSV, SVG, or PDF. All exports include timestamps and attribution headers. Files attach directly to the current work item.

More details

Horizontal view was added with the ability to zoom in and out from the tree. This improvement was necessary when a tree starts to become too big, leading to a scrollbar that is not UX friendly, except if hiding the summary of each item.

We also added the ability to zoom in and out from the tree, adapting to different sizes and shapes.
