How it works
- Issues arrive automatically - Every new issue in your project appears in the triage inbox with an "untriaged" label
- Review and decide - Accept, decline (with reason), snooze for later, or mark as duplicate
- Jira stays in sync - Declined issues transition to Done with the right resolution. Duplicates get linked. Labels update automatically
- Configure per project - Choose which issue types need triage, set up decline workflow mappings, filter by creator
