Rallied - AI agent for ITSM

Rallied is an AI agent that works tickets in Jira Service Management from first touch to close. It reads the ticket, checks the requester’s live state in your connected systems, runs the approved fix, writes internal work notes, and closes the ticket. When a request needs human judgment, it hands the ticket to an agent with the diagnosis and next steps already in the notes.
