Key highlights of the appOne Slack thread per Jira ticket — the two-way conversations integration, not just notifications
Two-way Slack–Jira comment sync
Every Slack reply posts to the Jira issue as a comment — and every Jira comment posts back to the thread. Edits, attachments, @mentions, and reactions all carry across both ways, so the two conversations stay identical.
Internal, public & customer JSM comments
On Jira Service Management tickets, every comment is labeled in the mapped Slack thread — 🔒 internal note, 💬 public reply, or 👤 customer — so your team knows what's internal vs customer-facing without opening Jira.
Ticket status stays current in Slack
The summary atop each Slack thread mirrors the Jira ticket's status, priority, and assignee — and updates in place as it moves, so everyone sees the current state without switching to Jira or asking for an update.

More details
Language support: English.
Threadmaker is a two-way Jira ↔ Slack integration, not a one-way notifier. Every Jira issue gets its own Slack thread, and comments, edits, attachments, @mentions, and reactions sync in both directions — the two conversations stay identical without copy-pasting.
Full Jira Service Management support: agent public replies and internal notes sync to the mapped Slack thread, each clearly labeled (internal note, public reply, or customer).
Security & privacy: no Jira API tokens are stored — all Jira operations run inside Atlassian's Forge runtime under the customer's own tenant. Data at rest is AES-256 encrypted; internal RPC is HMAC-signed. GDPR-compliant, with a published Data Processing Addendum and sub-processor list.
Support: responsive help at support@threadmaker.dev, docs at threadmaker.dev/docs.
