Table Filter and Charts is an incredible app for confluence from a top vendor. I ask them for support to get the combination with the presenter for confluence app and the team solved it in 4 days. Really perfect.

This is an incredible app from a top vendor - StiltSoft. What's more incredible is the support I received when I reported a problem. I opened up a support request, and an engineer - Andrey - replied quickly and professionally. We corresponded on the support ticket, but we also met on a video conference so that we could share screens and discuss in real-time. Within minutes, Andrey was able to solve the issue, explain the issue and demonstrate his expertise with the tool. This saved so much back and forth time and got straight to the root cause. Thank You! I really appreciate a customer-focused attitude, so thank you Andrey for being there to help.

I use this app extensively and yet feel that I have barely scratched the surface. I have been pleasantly surprised at the depth of functionality this app offers. Even better is the support. It is the best I have received for any software I have ever used. We use this app for a number of purposes, including managing requirements, patent applications, light weight project management, test status, Q&A, etc, etc. I have put this app to so many different uses that honestly I start to loose track. Some examples: We track progress for patent applications by charting page properties to show patents by year with stacked bar charts for each organizational group showing the number of patents in each state. Some inventors also have their own personal patent dashboards with their active patents, the current year's patents and all of their patents. These are broken down by status based on an internal process. We chart the page history for specification and requirement documents. Since these are edited extensively over a long time we add the page history as a table excerpt and chart the number of edits per week or per month. This allows us to see authoring activity over time (and to catch issues if requirements churn excessively deep into product development). We also track QA test status. Each tested puts their test matrix in a confluence table and we generate a stacked bar for each tester showing the status for all of the tests in their matrixes. We then roll those up into an overall QA starts for all tests and into a single chart with all the statuses for all the components. We also track JIRA status by component using stacked bar charts. Unlike the built-in JIRA charts we chart total story points by status which we find much more useful then counting JIRAs. I could go on and on but I have to say that this has really been the app that keeps on giving. As for the support. I've submitted 20 questions to support over the last 18 months or so (usually in small batches). They have consistently answered my questions in a prompt and very helpful manner. In a few cases they have added new functionality or enhanced existing functionality per my requests. I really cannot say enough good things about their support. For me they set the bar by which I judge other vendors.

Fantastic app to upgrade your tables in Confluence. It also works very good with the Jira macro. You get all issues from Jira with all the fields needed and the Table Filter creates fantastic pie charts.

As an Atlassian Partner we are always on the lookout for good plugins to enhance the Atlassian experience. Not only for our own instances, but also for the customers who we serve. To enhance the tables that we use within Confluence, we use Table Filter and Charts. This plugin allows us to filter within tables, display charts based on these tables, and work more flexible with tables.

I'm a long time user of Table FIlter and Charts for Confluence and for me it's one the most useful addons I've used in Confluence. It provides much needed features to get the most of tables in Confluence. Every Confluence instance should have it installed !

We are using Table Filter and Charts on our DC installation at BMW. It is really helpful to enhance the table functionality and has served us to replace countless Excel attachments. New features are added regularly, and the support team is very dedicated. In conclusion: We like it :-). Thanks to the team behind it!

It comes in very handy to really enhance tables in Confluence. Additionally, creating charts from data on the fly? No problem. Finally being able to properly copy tables. Awesome! Thanks a lot! :)

    Pricing FAQ

How does cloud app pricing work?

Cloud apps are sold as a monthly or annual subscription. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

When your subscription renews each month, you are automatically billed for apps based on the number of users in your instance.

If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

How do I determine my cloud pricing?

Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. Confluence Cloud apps are priced based on the number of Confluence users on your instance. For example, if you have Confluence Cloud (25 users), you pay the 25-user price for apps.

The pricing structure for cloud apps is as follows:

    • Monthly subscriptions with up to 10 Atlassian product users are billed at a flat rate price.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 10 users are billed per user, starting at the first user.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 100 users are billed per user. The table above provides example pricing at various user levels.

Annual subscriptions may offer a discount depending on the number of users purchased.

Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses for cloud apps?

Academic, community and open source licenses are not available for cloud apps.

Can I extend my free trial?

For cloud apps, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud apps are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the app.

    Pricing FAQ

How does server app pricing work?

Server products and apps are hosted on your servers. This app is sold as a perpetual license, and the purchase price includes 12 months of maintenance (support and version updates).

You can renew maintenance after 12 months at 50% of the current purchase price. You can upgrade the tier of your Atlassian product and app licenses at any time. Upgrade prices are calculated based on Atlassian's formula (view example).

If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

How do I determine my server pricing?

Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. The app tier should match the licensed user tier of the Atlassian product. For example, if you have a Confluence license for 500 users, you should purchase the 500-user tier for apps. Even if fewer users want to use the app than your Atlassian product license, the two licenses should match exactly.

Can I install this app in a Data Center product?

Yes, this app has a Data Center approved version. If you're using a Data Center product, you should install the Data Center version of the app.

Community and open-source licenses are available for server apps. Learn more about community and open source licenses.

Can I extend my free trial?

For server apps, you can extend your app trial up to 5 times - in other words, for up to six months. Extend your trial by generating a new evaluation license key from Atlassian Marketplace. Click Try it free and you'll be directed to generate a new license. Paste this license key into the app listing in UPM from your Atlassian product, and you're all set.

How can I buy apps for my legacy Jira Server or Confluence Server license?

If you own a legacy Jira Server Unlimited (100+ users) or Confluence Server Unlimited (2000+ users) license purchased in 2012 or earlier, legacy app pricing is no longer available. You have two options for app purchasing:

    • Purchase the app at the non-legacy Unlimited (10000+ users) tier.
    • Renew your Jira or Confluence license at a non-legacy tier, then purchase the app at the same tier.
