hero

The idle users burning licenses

Each user's last activity derived from their Jira history, ranked by days idle. Flag idle accounts beyond your threshold plus never-active ones.

Reclaimable seats, ready to review

A worklist of idle and never-active accounts for license reclaim and offboarding: a review shortlist, never an automatic removal. Read-first.

A daily scan from Jira activity

The scheduled trigger derives last activity per user and flags idle accounts. It reflects Jira activity, not org-wide login, and exports as CSV.

More details

Inactive-User Hygiene answers a question Jira Cloud can't: who hasn't touched anything in months? It derives each user's most recent activity from Jira history (issues touched as assignee or reporter), classifies accounts as idle beyond a threshold you set or never-active, and produces a license-reclaim worklist you can export to audit-ready CSV. It is read-only and never deactivates anyone — a flagged user is a candidate to review, not an automatic removal. Activity is Jira-derived, not an org-wide last-login (which a tenant app cannot access), and that is stated plainly in the UI. Runs entirely on Atlassian Forge inside your own tenant; nothing leaves your instance. Built for Jira admins reclaiming seats at renewal and for offboarding and access reviews.
