The problem
Confluence moves attachments one at a time, from each file's Properties, and has no download-all for a space, only per page. Bulk move has been requested since 2009 (CONFCLOUD-15025); in 2022 Atlassian said it had no plans to prioritize it.

Move attachments between pages, many at once. Pick the files and a target, read a dry run, and undo within 30 days.

Find dead weight. Files on deleted or archived pages, in the trash, or not embedded or linked by their own page. Duplicate candidates grouped by name and exact size.
See where it went. Storage by page, uploader and type. Export any of it as CSV.
Good to know
Bulk delete is off until a site admin enables it, deletions go to the trash, and every one is recorded. Only space admins change a space's settings. Blog posts are not scanned.

Three layout fixes, and 2.8.0's fixes from a buyer's hands-on test and a code audit.
- The Orphans, Duplicates and Storage totals sit in a row again, not in one narrow column beside Export CSV (2.9.0).
- The Storage tables name their first column Page, Uploader, File type (2.10.0).
- In a narrower frame the Activity tab's cells wrap, so the Result column stays on screen (2.11.0).
- Only space admins change a space's settings, and a space cannot switch bulk move or delete on while the site has it off (2.8.0).
- The Activity tab shows members only events on pages they can open, and says who did what in plain words (2.8.0).
- Undo and stop belong to the job's owner or a space admin. Undo lasts 30 days and leaves alone a file moved since (2.8.0).
- Files on archived pages and in the trash now download, and the zip's manifest says in words why a file is missing (2.8.0).
- Moves and deletes of hundreds of files work, and survive a closed or second tab (2.8.0).
