TRUST SIGNALS
Key highlights of the appBlock a workflow transition until it is approved, and prove later exactly what was approved
The transition does not happen without signatures
Approval is a condition of the move, not a note next to it. Whoever drags the issue sees exactly what is missing and who can still sign, on the issue itself.
A signature that goes stale when data changes
Every signature is bound to the fields it was given for. Edit one of them and the approval goes stale, the transition closes again, and the panel shows what changed, before and after.
One list of what is waiting on you
Longest wait at the top, across every project. Nothing here depends on someone remembering to tell you, and nothing depends on you watching a board.

More details
Approvals in Jira usually end up as a checkbox, and a checkbox proves nothing. Six months later the auditor asks not who approved the issue, but what exactly was approved, and the issue has changed twelve times since. Signoff puts a validator on the transition: until the required signatures are collected, the transition does not happen. Every signature is stored with a fingerprint of the fields it was given for, so editing one of them makes the approval stale, the transition closes again, and the panel shows the change side by side. Rules are set per transition: who approves, in how many steps, by user, group or project role. A rejection outweighs any number of approvals and requires a reason. The issue panel shows what is missing, a waiting-for-me list floats the longest wait to the top, and a CSV export gives the auditor decisions and transition attempts interleaved in time order. The app has no outbound network access at all.

Version information
Version 4.5.0•for Jira Cloud
- Release date
- Aug 17th 2026
- Summary
- The app icon in Jira now matches the Marketplace logo
- Details
The icon shown next to the app inside Jira was a simplified version of the logo on the Marketplace page: the same navy square and green check, but without the octagonal seal around it, because a thin outline can get muddy at small sizes. Seen next to each other the two marks simply looked like two different marks, so the icon is now an exact reduction of the same artwork the store logo comes from.
