Offboarding Transfer Utility helps Jira Cloud administrators manage employee departures without leaving important work and ownership behind.
Administrators can identify supported Jira assets associated with a departing user and transfer selected responsibilities to a successor. The app supports owned filters, owned dashboards, project leads, component leads, and open assigned issues.
Each completed operation creates an administrator-visible audit record containing the users involved, transfer results, timestamps, and category totals. Audit records are retained for 180 days and can be deleted by an administrator.
The app runs natively on Atlassian Forge. Jira data and retained audit records remain within Atlassian infrastructure, and all interactive operations require an active Marketplace subscription or valid trial.
