Runs on Atlassian: zero egress, no external services, no third-party analytics, and no browser extension. Templates support ticket fields and custom fields, first names, date and time math, fill-in blanks, dropdowns, optional paragraphs, nested templates, counters, and rich formatting including Jira panels. Teams get role management by people or Jira groups, color-coded folders, pinned favorites, usage insights, a full activity log, and company-wide import. Exports round-trip with the Snipzilla desktop text expander, so the same replies work outside Jira too. If a subscription lapses, templates stay readable and export always works.
