Version information
Version 3.0.0•for Confluence Cloud
- Release date
- Sep 9th 2026
- Summary
- live CQL result tables, a visual query builder, and saved queries
- Details
Sift 3.0.0 — first release.
Sift turns a Confluence query into a living page report: build it with filters instead of memorising CQL, save it, and embed the results as a live table on any page.
Included in this release:
- A results-table macro that re-runs its query on every page load, with your choice of columns.
- A visual query builder for space, type, label, dates, "my pages" and free text, with a live match count, plus a Write CQL tab for raw queries.
- Saved queries, private or shared with a space. Edit one once and every page embedding it updates.
- A standalone Sift page for browsing your library and running queries without embedding anything.
- Shareable query links, which open only for people permitted to see the results.
- Every query runs as the person viewing it, so a report never surfaces a page someone is not allowed to see. Sift runs entirely on Forge inside your own Confluence Cloud tenancy — no external servers, no data egress.
