IssueCapture is a non-installable Jira Cloud integration (OAuth 2.0) that lets teams collect bug reports from any website and create rich Jira Software and Jira Service Management (JSM) issues with screenshots, console logs, and network data. Privacy-first analytics: no cookies or IP addresses; domains are allowlisted. AI features (optional) include triage, summaries, auto-categorization, duplicate detection (beta), sentiment analysis, screenshot OCR, issue enrichment, effort estimation, privacy redaction, and auto-translation (beta). The widget supports multiple languages and can be fully customized with theme presets and a live preview (colors, labels, button style).
