C³O is part of the Cross Connector product family, connecting SAP landscapes with Jira Cloud. It is built for operations and application-support teams that need SAP Cloud ALM alerts and event situations to become trackable Jira work items instead of being copied manually between systems.
Version 6.0.0 introduces Paid via Atlassian licensing and prepares C³O for Marketplace distribution. Built on Atlassian Forge, C³O supports configurable routing and field mappings, authenticated inbound webhooks, OAuth-secured outbound close actions, synchronization tracking, and sanitized diagnostics.
Requires a customer-owned SAP Cloud ALM subscription and customer-side SAP Cloud ALM and SAP BTP configuration.
