Admins can securely configure the connection to Dynamics 365 using Azure AD credentials and define Connected Items by mapping Jira projects to Dynamics modules and entities. Select which fields should be displayed to Jira users and manage mappings with full control to create, edit, or delete configurations.

Within Jira issues, users can view all connected Dynamics entities relevant to the project, link issues to specific Dynamics records, and instantly view key CRM data without leaving Jira. Linked records display selected fields with options to open the record in Dynamics, refresh data in real time, or unlink when needed.
