The problem
When a customer's request gets linked to another issue — a duplicate, a related ticket, something it's blocking or blocked by — that connection is invisible to them. Agents see it. Customers don't. They end up re-explaining context you already have, or missing updates on a related ticket they didn't know existed.

What PortalLink does
PortalLink adds a "Linked Requests" panel directly to the customer portal's request view. If a request has links to other requests the customer is allowed to see, they show up right there — with status and a one-click way to open them.
