Looks great and easy to use. However, Gliffy is extremely laggy when used for large diagrams/ flows, sometimes even unusable. Overall the solution is buggy and breaks a lot.

We've been a loyal and happy customer of Gliffy on Confluence cloud for the past 4 years, but as our team grows from under 10 ppl to 20+, the pricing model of Gliffy becomes less attractive comparing to other graph tool offerings with equivalent features, the pricing difference is as big as 7-9 times for small-median sized team (<100 ppl) which is the driving factor for our migration to other tools (esp when they provide easy one-click migration on Confluence cloud). Gliffy is still a great product but it's time for it to review its pricing model

Hi Phil, we're so glad we've been your tool of choice for 4 years! We hear your feedback on pricing loud and clear. Because of some of Gliffy's unique features, like our embedding capabilities and searchable text within diagrams, we believe we're the best option available for many teams and we've tried to price Gliffy to reflect that. That being said, we've shared this feedback up the "chain of command" and really appreciate your review. We hope we can get you back on Gliffy soon 😊

On Confluence cloud, Gliffy is a frustrating experience. It works most of the time, but loading times are extremely slow, and it takes ages for the images to resize out of the initial box. Every so often, images are replaced by a 404 error. Not what I would expect from a paid service.

Thanks for letting us know Jaco. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. In any case, we would love to dive in and try to replicate what you are seeing, so we can troubleshoot the issue. Can you please send a screenshot to our support team and any additional context of where you are running into performance issues? You can send your details here.

Overall experience is very disappointing, so bad because it seems really promisingly sexy... More over the pricing level is quite "premium", compared to competition. Alas, on confluence cloud, here are my feelings : - Gliffy interface is really very slow, on load and unload - copy-paste feature and consorts stop working sometimes, imho after some time without publishing - sometimes some typed text is not shown in graph editor. It gets written onto origin background confluence page - graph does not actually get inserted in confluence page after edition then "back to confluence page" ; must be done manually afterwards - some changes actually "disappear" in between publish actions - "Unpublished changes" warning is quite always shown, even when no change done manually in editor - graphes list of Confluence space is quite raw and unconvenient, without any preview thumbnail These are my first grievances about that Gliffy in Confluence, being said that slowness is quite general at Confluence and may not be imputable to this app.

I think it is too expensive... For $50 a year for small teams I am ok... not for 10$ per month...
