Gliffy Diagrams for Confluence

too complicated to use .. I spent more then 15 minutes just to discover how can start a diagram, and I couldn't..

I have been a heavy user of Gliffy diagram, since I started Confluence around 10 years back. All my architecture diagrams are captured in Gliffy. I find it very easy to draw as compared to using power point or other tools. This helps in increasing the collaboration. But lately I have seen a glitch with our deployment, where sometimes copying an image does not work properly. I wish it is addressed quickly.
