Not able to uninstall

Probably a fine app for other use cases, but not ours and now I need to jump through support hoops to get it uninstalled.

Just click "Manage subscription" or "Unsubscribe," or visit the Atlassian billing section to unsubscribe the app, and you'll find the uninstall option in the "Manage app" section.
