Export customers in a few clicks
Choose a Service Management project, click Export CSV, and the CSV downloads to your device. No separate setup or configuration screen is needed.
Keep organization memberships visible
Customers in multiple Organizations get one row per membership, and Customers with no Organization are still included. Each row shows name, email, Organization name and ID.
Export directly in your browser
The app has no backend of its own. Your browser calls Jira’s API directly with your own Jira session and builds the CSV locally, showing progress while it runs.

Who it helps: JSM admins, agents and Atlassian partners who need to see which customers are in a project and which organizations they belong to, for example after a migration or when reviewing customer access.
How it differs from native Jira: the admin console exports portal-only customers for the whole site, without a project filter or organizations. Atlassian’s alternative is a Python script that needs an API token.
Limits: one project per export. It lists only what the signed-in agent can see, and only organizations linked to that project. Export only. Some Atlassian endpoints it uses are marked Experimental.
No backend of its own: no resolver, web trigger or Forge storage. The CSV is generated in your browser and downloaded to your device.
