Flexible scheduling

• Daily, weekly, or monthly, and "every N" — fortnightly, every 3 months, etc.
• Multiple weekdays (e.g. Mon + Wed + Fri).
• Your timezone, done right — pick the time in your local timezone, not UTC
• End date to auto-stop, and skip-if-still-open so you never pile up duplicates.
