Know what Jira will block next
Every space, permission scheme, workflow scheme, workflow and field ranked by usage against its limit, with warning and critical thresholds and links straight to the Jira admin page.
Clean up with a safety net
Unused fields, duplicate names, unused statuses, inactive workflows, stale releases, empty components and redundant grants, each with evidence. Every action is re-checked against live Jira right before it runs.
Trend it, prove it
A daily snapshot turns into per-limit trends and a projection of days until the limit. CSV exports of usage, findings and the audit trail. Runs on Atlassian: no data leaves your site.

More details
Runs on Atlassian: the app is Forge-only, keeps all data inside your Jira site and never sends anything to Claervo or third parties. Works on Free, Standard, Premium and Enterprise plans. Covers the limits Jira enforces from March and September 2026: fields and work types per space, options per field, security levels, grants per permission, releases, workflows per scheme, statuses per workflow, components and priorities. Every cleanup action is re-checked against live Jira right before it runs, written to an audit trail, and reversible wherever Jira allows it (trashed fields, archived releases, restorable permission grants). CSV export for usage, findings and audit. English UI. Support from Claervo, Monday to Sunday 09:00-18:00 GMT+3, 24-hour target response.

Version information
Version 2.2.0•for Jira Cloud
- Release date
- Oct 7th 2026
- Summary
- Fix: trashing a field now moves it to Jira trash instead of deleting it
- Details
Cleanup actions on unused custom fields now call Jira’s “Move custom field to trash” API, so trashed fields can be restored from Settings > Fields > Trash for 60 days, as described in the app. Version 2.0.0 deleted these fields permanently. No other changes; no new permissions.
