Covers the limits Jira enforces from March and September 2026: fields and work types per space, options per field, security levels, grants per permission, releases, workflows per scheme, statuses per workflow, components and priorities. Every cleanup action is re-checked against live Jira right before it runs, written to an audit trail, and reversible wherever Jira allows it (trashed fields, archived releases, restorable permission grants).
