Release Readiness, published to Confluence

New in 3.0. Release Readiness reports publish natively into Confluence, on a schedule, routed to the right audience. On-platform via Forge — no egress. Roadmaps stakeholders can rally behind.

The triage queue across every product

Twenty releases across five products, one queue — ranked at-risk-first. Off track, at risk, watches breached, not planned. Set a threshold once; only exceptions surface.

Why the date moved, in days

Why the date moved, in days. Scope grew +33 issues: +8.3 days. Completion ran ahead of pace: -4.5 days. Net +5 — and it names the +1.2 days it cannot attribute.

Summary
Enterprise Portfolio — Release Readiness reports publish natively to Confluence, releases become commitments, and every date movement is attributed in days.
Details

v3.0.0 — Enterprise Portfolio. Our largest release to date. A release stops being a date you hope for and becomes a commitment you manage — and for the first time, release readiness publishes straight into Confluence without your data ever leaving Atlassian.

  • Release Readiness reports, published to Confluence. An auto-generated weekly page so leadership sees the trend without opening the app. Configure a space and parent per product (write access is verified before you save) and route each report to the right audience with per-page view restrictions. On-platform via Forge — no egress, still Runs on Atlassian.
  • Manage to a commitment. A release now carries a target date, a confidence threshold, and a scope baseline. Lock the baseline and creep is flagged against what you actually committed to. Outcome fields feed a post-release calibration retrospective.
  • Why the date moved, in days. Drift attribution decomposes every movement into its causes and quantifies each in days — scope, completion pace — and names the residual it cannot explain. A drift narrative on the Summary dashboard says it in a sentence.
  • Systems, not oversight. Set a threshold watch once, per release or per product, and only exceptions surface. The release health view shows risks only.
  • The portfolio as a roadmap and a queue. Every active release across every product on one timeline — grouped by product, team, quarter, status or fix-version stream — ranked at-risk-first, and exportable to CSV.
  • Prioritization that knows its scope. Rank within a release backlog or a product backlog; quadrant boards support drag-to-rank within a quadrant.
  • Also: notifications routed by group, multiple teams per product, Cost-of-Delay Elevated badges, and Enterprise Certified readiness work.
