Key highlights of the appSentry errors become tracked Jira work — auto-created, deduped, two-way synced
Sentry errors become Jira issues
A webhook from Sentry creates the Jira issue with the level, event count and culprit already filled in, and a link straight back to the Sentry event.
The same error never opens a second ticket
Recurrences are deduplicated onto the existing issue as a comment carrying the updated event count, so one bug stays one ticket instead of flooding the board.
Connect Sentry once, then it runs itself
Paste the webhook URL into your Sentry integration and set the rules that decide which errors become issues. An hourly reconcile picks up anything the webhook dropped.

More details
Crashdesk closes the gap between "an error happened" and "someone owns fixing it."
A Sentry error creates a Jira issue automatically, from rules you define per Sentry project. Recurrences dedupe into the existing issue instead of spamming your board; a regression reopens it. Close the Jira issue and Crashdesk resolves it in Sentry — reopen it and Sentry reopens too. An hourly reconciliation scan catches dropped webhooks, so nothing is silently lost.
The Sentry panel appears only on linked issues. Noise control (mute lists, first-seen-only), field mapping (priority, assignee, labels) and JQL-friendly labels come built in.
Built on Atlassian Forge: runs on Atlassian infrastructure, your Sentry token stays encrypted in Forge secret storage.
