Key highlights of the appKnow who had access last quarter, not just who has it today
Who can do what, in which project
Every project down the side, every permission across the top, and each holder in the cell. Public grants are marked red and all-licensed-user grants amber, so the risk reads at a glance.
Pick a group, see everywhere it reaches
The reverse index an access review is built around. Select any group, role or user and see every project it touches, the permissions it holds there, and how many people are in it.
Prove what changed since last quarter
Every scan is kept, so you can show exactly what access was added or removed between any two dates, which findings are new, and which were resolved.
More details
Jira tells you what a permission scheme says. It does not tell you what that adds up to.
Clearance reads every permission scheme on your site and reports who can do what, in which project. It flags anything granted to Anyone, destructive permissions handed to every licensed user, and delete or issue-security rights held by large groups. On most sites the first scan is uncomfortable: Jira's defaults let every licensed user edit issues, move them between projects and change issue security, and the admin UI never says so.
Three views over one scan - ranked Findings, a Permission matrix, and Access by group - all exporting to CSV.
Every scan is kept, so Changes shows what access moved between any two dates. It also reads the Jira audit log, so access granted and taken back between scans is still reported, with who changed it.
Confluence spaces are scanned too, including how many pages sit behind an open one.
Read-only: no write call to any Atlassian API, and no data leaves Atlassian.
