FanVoice Viewer embeds your customer voice data directly inside Jira — no tab switching required.
When a Jira issue contains a FanVoice link, the panel detects it automatically and loads the viewer inline. Support and engineering teams see the full transcript, respondent details, and sentiment without leaving the ticket.
