This release changes how a Data Table workflow validator reads the issue it checks. It now reads that issue with the permissions of the person performing the transition, rather than with the app's own permissions. This is a security improvement; nothing needs to be reconfigured, and existing validators and their rules keep working exactly as before.
The message shown when a transition is blocked also improved. It now always names the table it is about, and it follows the field's current name in Jira immediately if an administrator renames it — previously it could fall back to showing the field's internal identifier, which told the person stuck at the transition nothing they could act on.
