Gives us real visibility into team workload — the drag-and-drop scheduler makes it easy to spot who's overloaded vs. free. Support was fantastic and helped us configure the app exactly to our needs. The conditional colors feature is amazing for spotting issues at a glance. Highly recommend.

We were looking for a way inside Jira Cloud to visualize weekly team capacity from a service delivery perspective. After some digging, we found Resource Planning, Allocation, Leave & Time Tracking by Reinwork. The scheduler view within WorkHub fits well with our planning needs, only missing a few UI refinements around card configuration and highlights. What stood out was the support experience. Oliver was highly responsive and solution-oriented, reflecting strong after-sales ownership. Some of our inputs were already on their roadmap, while others were pragmatically considered and accommodated. A key win is resource availability visibility. While vacations remain managed in SAP, WorkHub lets us reflect time off directly in planning without cluttering Jira with placeholder work items. For a free tool, it delivers strong value, with a product mindset that aligns well with soft service delivery practices.
