Queue lets JSM customer-portal approvers review and action approvals together; JSM agents already have native bulk approval in Requires my approval.
Search, select up to 25 requests, check the exact batch, then see each request’s result and Jira’s refreshed state. Administrators choose supported context fields per request type, and the native request remains available for more detail.
Approval Queue keeps Jira in control. It does not approve automatically, replace Jira’s approval engine, bypass visibility, or guarantee that one decision completes a multi-approver workflow. Jira permissions, workflows and audit history remain authoritative.
Ask your Jira site administrator to install it. In the customer portal, open the user menu and choose Bulk Approvals.
