Unlike the standard Jira mobile experience, the dashboard surfaces only assigned, actionable tickets — sorted by priority and supported with offline action queuing, image compression for attachments, signature capture, and configurable attachment requirements. Admins control branding, status mappings, and form behavior, so the app matches existing workflows rather than imposing new ones
