- New admin page. Every message is shown as a card that looks exactly like what people will see, with filters for Live, Scheduled, Paused and Ended messages and a search box. Pause or resume a message with one switch, and duplicate it to start a variation.
- Three-step editor. Write the message, set when it appears, then choose who sees it, with a live preview beside the form.
- Schedule messages. Give a message a start date, an end date, or both: announce a freeze window or a process change without remembering to switch it off.
- Try it on a work item. Type a key such as ABC-123 to see whether the message would show there.
- Safer editing for teams of admins. Each message is saved on its own, and if another admin changed it after you opened it, you are told instead of overwriting their work.
- Live updates on the work item. Messages appear or disappear as soon as the work item changes.
- Faster. One request evaluates up to ten messages for a work item, and message settings are cached for a minute.
