InDesk Custom Fields brings Object One’s operational custom-field capabilities to Jira Cloud through a single Forge app.
The app provides configurable cascading selections and fields for root cause, Custom RCA, assigned and target divisions, agreement types, delay reasons, NPS information, and other structured operational data.
Workflow capabilities include validation of required information and automatic SLA category population based on supported agreement data. Context-based configuration allows administrators to tailor fields to applicable Jira projects and issue types.
The app integrates with supported InDesk services to retrieve field options and related business information. Its Forge migration integration supports transferring compatible custom-field configurations and values from the corresponding InDesk Data Center plugins through the Jira Cloud Migration Assistant.
