HubSpot Connector for Jira helps teams connect Jira issues with HubSpot records through a Jira admin page and an in-issue panel experience. Admins can connect a HubSpot portal using a private app token, configure Smart Connected Items, and choose display-only, one-way sync, or two-way sync behavior. The app supports field mappings, status synchronization, comment synchronization, attachment synchronization, manual record linking, and optional automatic Jira issue creation from matching HubSpot records. Scheduled sync runs every five minutes, while Jira issue, comment, and attachment events push eligible updates back to HubSpot. Language support: English.
