Most teams generate tickets straight from the spec. Spexsure runs a two-stage AI pipeline first.
Stage 1 — PRD Analysis. Your spec is scored across 12 engineering-critical categories: acceptance criteria, error states, API contracts, data model, security model, performance requirements, and more. Gaps are flagged with severity ratings. You accept or dismiss each one.
Stage 2 — Ticket Generation. Once the PRD is strengthened, Spexsure generates a full backlog — epics, stories, acceptance criteria, and sub-tasks — and pushes it directly to your Jira project.

Full Backlog Generation — AI generates epics, stories, acceptance criteria, and sub-tasks from your strengthened PRD, then pushes the entire backlog to Jira in one click.
A note on processing time
All three stages involve heavy AI processing. Depending on document size, each stage can take 3 to 10 minutes. This is normal — do not close the tab or refresh. Spexsure will notify you when each stage is complete.
