BoomiSight helps integration teams keep Boomi operational context inside Confluence. Space admins connect a Boomi account with token authentication, choose enabled datasets, and verify access by feature area. Authors can add detailed or compact macros for process snapshots, Atom health, environment summaries, API snapshots, deployment history, process executions, connector inventory, integration landscape summaries, and release notes.
BoomiSight is built on Atlassian Forge. Configuration and cached operational snapshots are stored in Forge app storage and Forge secret storage. The app egresses only to https://api.boomi.com for Boomi REST API calls.

This release adds page-aware Documentation Health, Architecture and API bylines, BoomiSight Specialist for Rovo, safe Process Property/XREF views, and process-derived dependencies in Process Snapshot. Dashboards now show readable timestamps, visible pagination, complete deployment results, and clearer freshness/retry states.
Admin action: approve the v3.0 upgrade and Confluence space-write permission. In each configured space, open BoomiSight Configuration and save once to create its configured-space marker, then run Verify Connection & Access. Run Scan Space Pages to populate Documentation Health.
Compatibility: Confluence Cloud only. No Boomi credential or data migration is required. Egress remains limited to api.boomi.com; page-write permission was removed. Rovo availability depends on your Atlassian plan.
