Multi-Project Boards is built entirely on Atlassian Forge and is eligible for the Runs on Atlassian program — it operates no external servers, and no issue data ever leaves Atlassian's infrastructure. All Jira access happens as the signed-in user, so people only see projects and issues they already have permission to see.
Key capabilities: unlimited flexible boards, each with its own shareable link and settings. Columns group issues by status, issue type, or project — with same-named statuses matched automatically across projects, so differently-run teams still land in one shared view. Auto-generate columns from an existing project's workflow or by issue type in one click. Drag-and-drop cards to transition issues or change their type directly in Jira, with manual reordering saved per board. Expand any Epic or Story in place to reveal its Stories or Subtasks, working across projects.
